What is the cost of shipping for my order?
For books, standard shipping and handling for all orders that total less than $50 is $5.00. On orders greater than $50, shipping and handling equals 10% of the total, if the order is mailed within the U.S. Orders shipped outside the U.S., greater than $50 have a shipping and handling fee of 20% of the total order.
How are my books sent to me?
In the U.S., most orders are sent via UPS ground; small orders (1-3 Leadership Series booklets) are mailed via U.S. Postal Service. To other countries, we normally ship orders surface via U.S. Postal Service.
Can you expedite my order?
Yes! We can overnight your books via UPS or Federal Express. If you are outside of the U.S., we can expedite via Federal Express or the U.S. Postal Service and we will charge you for actual shipping. For your convenience, you may give us your shipping account number and we will charge you directly. To make special shipping arrangements, call us at (800) 551-0633. Orders need to be received by 3:00 p.m. est, to be eligible for next day delivery.
