What is an Audio Conference?

Without leaving your home or office, you will learn from an expert family business speaker over the telephone.  It is similar to a conference call or a convention program.  You dial an 800-number from your telephone, put in your PIN and you're connected.  You will listen to presentations and be able to participate in a Q&A session.  Best of all for one low price, you may have as many people participate from your location as you would like so that everyone can benefit from our expert's advice and information.

What others say about Audio Conferences

'The audio calls are a great learning tool for family members at any stage of their development. Having the opportunity to hear from the experts as well as hearing from other families' 'real life' experiences really put things into perspective.'

Beth Adamson

'I thought Family Business Basics: Effective Ownership was a great audio conference. It well exceeded my expectations. It was very helpful for the two non-active stockholders of my company who were listening to hear the issues presented. We are in the process of trying to be more responsive, forward-thinking, inclusive and transparent in order to build trust, confidence and camaraderie. I think the conference was a very positive step and I want to share it with my sisters and cousins.'

'If your passion is to improve/grow your family business with the goal of passing to the next generation a stronger and more professional organization, the slate of audio conferences is a must. The audio conferences focus on all the key family issues that successful family businesses must confront and resolve for the long-term success of the organization. The level of expertise you receive at a reasonable cost in the convenience of your office is an opportunity that I would urge all family businesses to take advantage of for the benefit/education of family members, shareholders and/or employees.'

Larry Lippow, President/CEO

'I found the 2004 audio conference on boards extremely relevant. Our company was able to implement some ideas immediately, particularly the recommendations that focused on obtaining director feedback on the effectiveness of the board and ways to improve it. We also benefited from the pre-conference materials, especially the framework for measuring director performance.'
